All candidates we present to our clients meet with a Partner in our firm in a thorough,
face-to-face interview. Additional information from our network helps us evaluate for
personal and relationship factors that exist "beyond the resume." That makes for a
more perfect match for the role we seek to fill and the organization and culture in
which it operates. Once we determine that the candidate is a match for the opportunity,
we forward the candidate's CV for review.
