Jon joined Work&Partners at its founding in 2002 and currently has over 22 years of executive search experience.
Jon has expertise in management consulting and professional services across a broad array of industries. He has concentrated in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services, Valuation and Corporate Finance arena, and has an established network of senior professionals within the Big Four accounting firms. He maintains successful relationships at firms such as Deloitte and FTI Consulting.
Prior to Work&Partners, Jon was Director at Hechkoff/Work Executive Search, where his client list included IBM, Ernst & Young and CSC Consulting. For seven years he led his own search firm, JGW Management Services, where he specialized in placements for tier one technology firms. Jon began his recruiting career in New York where he was instrumental in building the technology search organization at EDP World.
