the position requirements. We take a dedicated and relentless approach to each
search and evaluate human qualities, credentials and experience to find exceptional
candidates for our clients. As we communicate with candidates and network with
sources, referrals develop and the target universe expands. When we decide that
a candidate meets the specifications of the search, we request a CV and other
information and arrange a personal interview. Though the candidates we contact are
