Director of Operations

Victoria directs day-to-day office operations and administrative systems. Prior to joining Work&Partners, Victoria held a similar position with ALLTEL Information Services' Wholesale Banking Division (formerly known as Vertex Business Systems) where she handled the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization for 12 years. Later, she transitioned into a Functional Business Analyst position where she was responsible for the handling of system issues and training coordination of the division's largest European client.
